About This Project:

 

IWestsea tower is located at 1330 Harwood Street, Vancouver, BC Strata plan number VAP92, Westsea tower  it’s a 22 storey condominium building, it has 172 units, built in in 1970- the exterior its conformed mainly of concrete, with concrete slab balconies and steel made hand rails, its roof constructed with torched on with a layer of gravel on top.

 

The scope of work entails targeted concrete repairs to vertical concrete surfaces; A site inspection and laboratory analysis conducted by Astech Consultants has determined that there is asbestos containing skim coat on concrete located on the exterior surfaces
